Peat pack
Moor (actually peat) is a mud-like substance that is formed through geological and biological decomposition processes. Moor is characterised by extremely high heat retention and low heat conduction. Additional effects through chemical influence are described. When used as a cold therapy, it has anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving and decongestant effects

Red light/short wave
The non-contact application of heat using red light produces an effect on superficial layers of tissue.
Short-wave radiation heats deep layers of tissue, especially muscles, also without contact, with only a low heat load on the skin.
