How do I become a patient?

Obtain a prescription or referral from your GP or specialist

Make an appointment by phone or on site for the initial examination
3
Bring the following documents with you to the appointment:

e card
-
Finding Reports
-
X-ray, MR, CT or ultrasound images
-
Discharge reports from previous hospital stays
-
Allergy pass
-
Other medical findings (e.g. Marcoumar pass, RR table, BZ card, etc.)

If necessary, reading glasses

In emergency cases, direct payment with an e-card is possible, provided that no three specialist medical certificates have been debited within one quarter.

Please do not send emails about patient matters and/or statements of any other legally binding nature!

If you have problems communicating in German, please bring an interpreter (e.g. your partner) with you to the initial examination and treatment for your own safety.

No-Show
If an appointment is not cancelled and not kept, a fee of € 15.00 will be charged.
All subsequent appointments will be automatically cancelled and may need to be rescheduled.
